2010
The 42nd Session of Typhoon Committee was held in Singapore on 25 to 29 January 2010.
Project on Urban Flood Risk Management (UFRM) proposed by China was approved as the first crosscutting project of TC, involving the three main components of TC. AWG involved in taking care of this project.
TC issued the first Assessment Report on Impact of Climate Change on Tropical Cyclones Frequency and Intensity In the Typhoon Committee Region on August 2010.
5th Integrated Workshop on “Urban Flood Risk Management in a Changing Climate: Sustainable and Adaptation Challenges” in Macao, China on 6 to10 September 2010
The 5th WGDRR Working Group Meeting was held on 24-25 October 2010 in Incheon, Korea, as a side event of 4th Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (AMCDRR)

2011
The 43rd Session of the ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) was held in Jeju, Republic of Korea, from 17 to 22 January 2011.
The Dr Roman L. Kintanar Award Selection Procedures was approved at 43rd Session and the Kintanar Award Selection Working Group (KASWG) was found based on the nominations from Members.
The Committee agreed at 43rd Session to publish an international journal “Tropical Cyclone Research and Review” with focus on tropical cyclone issues and topics, including operational forecast and scientific research, hydrological effects and disaster risk reduction.
The 6th WGDRR Workshop was held in Incheon, Republic of Korea during 25-26 May 2011.
The 6th Integrated Workshop (IWS), with the title “Damage Assessment Methodology and Pre-assessment of Typhoon Landfall Impacts”, was held in Nha Trang, Viet Nam from 7 to 11 November 2011.

2012
The 44th of the ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) was held at the Hangzhou, China from 6 to 11 February 2012.
The TC Strategic Plan 2012-2016 was approved at 44th Session.
The proposal of the project “Synergized Standard Operation Procedure (SSOP) for Coastal Multi-Hazards Early Warning System” for grant funds from ESCAP Trust Fund for Tsunami Disaster and Climate Preparedness was submitted to ESCAP by TCS in January 2012. The Committee at 44th Session took note of the submission and approved to proceed with the project should funds become available.
The Committee accepted at 44th Session the offer of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (WMO Regional Training Centre – Nanjing) to serve as a training center for the Committee.
The Committee decided at 44th Session to discontinue the Typhoon Committee Annual Review (TCAR) and issued the TC newsletter twice a year.
AWG Meeting was held at the KMA headquarters in Seoul, Republic of Korea on 28-29 May 2012, mainly discussing the governance of the Committee, including TC Statute and Term of References.
The 7th International Workshop of WGDRR was held in Seoul, Korea on 30 to 31 May 2012.
The Letter of Agreement on SSOP between ESCAP and TC was signed on the 1st August 2012 by the Secretary of TC on behalf of the Committee with authority of the Chairperson of TC Ms. JIAO Meiyan.
The 1st Meeting of WGH with the theme of “Comprehensive Counterplan for Extra-Ordinary Flood” was held in Han River Flood Control Office (HRFCO), Seoul, Korea from 7 to 10 October 2012.
The 7th Integrated Workshop of ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee with theme of “Effective Warnings” was held in Nanjing, China from 26 to 30 November 2012.

2013
The 45th Session of the ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) was held in Hong Kong, China from 29 January to 1 February 2013.
The Committee approved at 45th Session the changes to the Rules of Procedure of TC; ToR of TC, Chair and Vice-Chair of TC, TCS, Secretary of TC, WGM, WGH, WGDRR, TRCG, AWG. And to request the TC Chair and the AWG to closely monitor the implementation of these changes.
The Committee approved at 45th Session the establishment of the Steering Committee, the Terms of Reference (ToR) of Task Force, the ToR of Project Manager/(Technical Advisor) and the Implementation Plan for the Synergized Standard Operating Procedures for Coastal Multi-Hazards Early Warning System (SSOP) project.
AWG had the meeting in Bangkok, Thailand on May 10, 2013
The 8th annual meeting of WGDRR was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea from May 29 to 30, 2013.
The 2nd working meeting of WGH with the theme of “Extreme Flood and Flood Forecasting System in TC” was held in Han River Flood Control Office (HRFCO) of Korea, Seoul from 14 to 17 October 2013.
The 8th Integrated Workshop (8th IWS) in conjunction with the 2nd Training and Research Coordination Group Forum (2nd TRCG Forum was held in Macao, China on 2 to 6 December 2013.

2014
The 46th Session of the ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) was held at the Maple Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand, from 10 to 13 February 2014.
The Committee approved the offer from Macao, China to host TCS for another four-year period 2015-2018.
The 9th Meeting of WGDRR was held in Seoul, Korea, 26-27 May 2014
The 3rd WGH working meeting with the theme of “Extreme Flood and Structural Flood Control Measures in TC” was held in Han River Flood Control Office (HRFCO), Seoul, Korea from 13 to 16 October 2014.
the 9th Integrated Workshop with the theme on “Synergized, Integrated, Collaborative Standard Operating Procedures Strategies to Improve Early Warning System for Coastal Multi-hazards” was held in UN Conference Center (UNCC) of ESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand on 20-24 October 2014.

2015
The 3rd Joint Session of Panel on Tropical Cyclone | Typhoon Committee (42nd Session of PTC and 47th Session of TC) was held at the United Nations (UN) Building, Bangkok, Thailand, from 09 to 13 February 2015.
The final official approval for the new TC Secretary was done at the 47th Session of the Committee.
The Project of SSOP was terminated in May, 2015.
The 4th working meeting of WGH was held in Daegu, ROK from 15 to 17 April 2015 in conjunction with the 7th World Water Forum (WWF).
The 10th WGDRR Workshop took place in Seoul, Republic of Korea on 19-20 May 2015.
The 10th Integrated Workshop of TC with the theme of “Innovative Strategy to Improve the Quality of Life for Members’ Population through Mitigating Typhoon-related Impacts” was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 26 to 29 October 2015.
The proposal of SSOP-II was submitted to ESCAP by TCS on 29 October 2015.

2016
The 48th Session of the ESCAP/WMO Typhoon Committee (TC) was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA from 22 to 25 February 2016.
The 11th Annual Workshop of WGDRR held in Ulsan, the Republic of Korea on 24 – 27 May 2016.
AWG had its meeting on 25 May 2015 in 11th WGDRR annual workshop.
